Cancelation of Product or Service
You can cancel any of our product or services when you want. This will include termination of service contract. Additionally, all shared information like login and password particulars will be shared and changed as per your needs. We always protect our customer information and rest assured that the information you share with us is completely safe. Clients need to inform about the cancellation of the service or product at least 30 days before renewal. If the service or product is being canceled after raising the invoice client needs to pay the invoice as there was no prior information of service or product cancellation.
If a client violets Terms or Service or agreement then cancellation can be initiated by the company. We reserve the right to cancel services under different circumstances. Sometimes, it can be due to technical difficulties or others.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, digital marketing packages are non-refundable. On- going work will be stopped on client’s request, without the refund. No refund will be entertained for on-going or completed projects. If there is no prior email or call from client side informing the cancellation of on going digital marketing services then the project will be treated as active and ongoing.Any payment auto processed for ongoing projects are non refundable.In case of cancellation from the Company’s side, refund can be considered based on the type of services provided.
Unless a refund has been promised or stated, there will be no refund for any services rendered by Digitalvate team.
Avoid Cancellation
We work hard to ensure smooth service to our customers. We also follow proper steps to ensure that you get the best results. Therefore, before agreeing or approving work done by Digitalvate team make sure that you understand our policy. Also, you are free to cancel or stop the work, without refund.
